Elevate HR Buys MindKey Business in the Americas COPENHAGEN AND NEW YORK—MindKey Software A/S and Elevate HR, Inc. agree on Management Buyout of the Americas business. December 23, 2009 MindKey Software A/S of Copenhagen, Denmark and Elevate HR, Inc. of Parsippany, New Jersey, jointly announce the management buyout of the MindKey Americas business by Elevate HR. Elevate HR will acquire the MindKey Americas talent pool and other assets, and assume product sales, region-specific product development, consulting and other services for Microsoft Dynamics® AX. As part of the agreement, MindKey Software will continue as Elevate HR’s off-shore development center. In exchange, Elevate HR will serve as MindKey Software’s partner in the Americas for its flagship MindKey™ HCM talent management suite, and will help launch the product in North and South America. This dynamic partnership will enable each company to focus on its differentiated strategy while offering each other a global reach and a deep talent pool. David M. Erickson will leave his position as CEO of MindKey Global, to become the CEO of Elevate HR. “MindKey is excited about this new chapter for our company,” says Bo Nielsson, Chairman of MindKey Software A/S. “The creation of Elevate HR allows enhanced focus and energy on the Americas Dynamics AX business, driven by its own management. Jeff joined IDS Scheer through its acquisition of Acqra, a company Jeff founded. At the time of acquisition, Acqra was a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner for AX, CRM, and GP that sold and implemented finance, manufacturing, distribution, payroll, and HR solutions. Jeff began his career in the field of public accounting, where he worked in the areas of audit and tax for corporate and individual clients.
