Duties and Responsibilities

· Interpret customer requirements and create functional and technical specification documents

· Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents

· Perform coding to written technical specifications

· Perform coding to established Microsoft Best Business Practices

· Perform testing of coding to established testing standards

· Investigate, analyze and document reported defects

· Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects

· Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses

· Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates

· Create and maintain job time in company time and attendance program (Web interface)

· Performs related duties as assigned

Skills / Attributes Required

· Demonstrable Software Development experience

· Knowledge of database architecture and design

· Knowledge of Dynamics AX Morph X and X++ coding languages

· Knowledge of Visio Studio and C# coding languages

· Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents

· Ability to code software according to published standards and design guidelines

· Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure

· A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work

· Ability to work well within a team

· Ability to travel to customer locations for requirements gathering and implementation tasks (10-20%)

Capitalize on your Microsoft Dynamics AX experience and HR process background by joining the premier, most uniquely skilled Human Resources Management for Dynamics AX implementation team in the world.

Elevate HR continues its heritage as the original developer the Human Resource Management and Questionnaire modules for Microsoft Dynamics AX by delivering Elevate HR^® Extensions for AX, a set of modules that fill the gaps in HRM and round out the Microsoft offering, making HRM work for our clients.

In addition to product development, we help our partners and clients implement the HRM and related modules Dynamics AX, and we are looking for implementation consultants to join our unique team.

Outstanding Dynamics AX skills:

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009

· Familiarity with the application’s Human Resources Management or Payroll modules preferred; OR

· A passionate interest in learning them! (we will train the right candidate); AND

· A desire to learn and implement our Elevate HR Extensions for AX

Outstanding process understanding:

· Know-how to map a customer’s HR processes against the HR processes in Dynamics AX

· The HR vocabulary to discuss business processes with customers and provide recommendations for improvements

Outstanding analytical skills:

· Experience writing functional requirements based on customer requirements

· Can identify application gaps from functional requirements and suggest valid workarounds

· Provide overall “blueprint” design recommendations

Outstanding planning skills:

· Provide time and resource estimates to the different phases of an implementation project

· Know how to work in a structured, deadline-driven setting

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you must be able to:

· Work and communicate with people at multiple levels and functions in client organizations, including presentations/demos for varied audiences

· Transform business needs to implementation solutions by working closely with a project development team

A plus if you have:

· Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 HRM certification

· Experience with the Enterprise Portal and Microsoft SharePoint

· Workflow applications for Dynamics AX and/or Workflow Foundation
