The Analysis Phase defines the activities required to initiate and effectively plan the projects as well as provide the approach to gather, structure, and prioritize those requirements needed to move into the Design Phase.
The goal of the Design Phase is to define how to implement the business processes and related requirements. The phase includes additional configuration of the overall Dynamics 365 solution and the design of specific customizations and/or process changes that are necessary to satisfy business requirements identified during the Analysis Phase. Project scope is finalized and Customer sign-off is obtained on the design elements.
The goal of the Configure and Develop Phase is to complete the solution build and test the system components that were defined and approved in the Design Phase, including any customizations, integrations, interfaces, and data migration processes.
The Deployment Phase is where all the efforts of the project team come together for a successful transition to the new HR & Payroll environment. Key activities in this phase include User Acceptance Testing, training, and the cutover to the new Production environment.
By this time in the implementation journey, customer teams have thoroughly tested the application for every scenario and have passed the User Acceptance Test. All that's left is to flip the proverbial switch and Go-Live! Meanwhile the Elevate HR services team provides a period of 'hyper-care' support through the initial go-live and stabilization period for an added layer of support and confidence as the your team begins transacting in the new system.
The Operations Phase defines the activities that are required to close the project, provide post-production support, and transition the solution and knowledge to the Customer. Key objectives of this phase include providing post-go-live support, transitioning the solution to support, and preparing the Project Closure Report.
